Multiple Teams · Viper Volleyball has record-setting season

Congratulations to all three volleyball teams on an amazing season!

The Freshman finished their season with an undefeated 18-0 record. The Junior Varsity finished their season with an impressive 17-1 record. Varsity volleyball set a new school record for season wins with 32 wins and 3 losses.

As a program, the Vipers were able to donate over 200 pounds of food to the St. Mary’s Foodbank, raised over $200 for the Side Out Foundation, and participated in the Autism Speaks event which helped to raise 1 Million dollars for Autism research!

Varsity won both the Payson Volleyball Invitational and the Wolves Classic Tournament for the second year in a row. Multiple individual school records were broken as well.

Not only did Varsity set a new school record for season wins at 32-3, they also made it to the second round of playoffs for the first time in program history. According to, the Vipers finished the season ranked 5th overall!

The Lady Vipers are also talented in the classroom. For the third year in a row, they have won the American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award for academic excellence!
